Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized care, and family care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
We strive to provide the best possible experience in therapy. For this, we are practiced in providing individual sessions, couples counseling, family therapy, trauma intervention, EMDR, and stress management.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Due to recent recommendations of health and government officials, we are able to offer telehealth sessions for some clients. Please be aware not all insurance plans are covering telehealth; if telehealth sessions are something you prefer, please contact your insurance to verify benefits.
To our valued clients:
We understand the growing concern surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) across our communities, and our hearts go out to all those who have been impacted. We understand you may have specific questions about how to keep yourself and families safe, and we are here to support you in this endeavor.
Our practice is passionate about the care we provide to our clients. This means that everyday, as part of our regular operations, our offices are cleaned and sanitized. Recently, we've increased the frequency of cleanings. We will continue to refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, and other public health agencies to determine the safest course of action for everyone who enters our offices.
This situation continues to evolve quickly, and we will be monitoring it closely. Based on current guidance and our own standards of practices, our office remains open for business, and we are committed to providing an outstanding experience for you and your family. If the threat of this virus increases across the city, we will move to an online therapy or telephone format and continue to meet the needs of our clients through remote therapy. Counselors will provide a link for you to log in at the time of your session if remote therapy is scheduled.
Our practice has a heartfelt commitment to bringing our clients and their families closer together. It's our honor and privilege to serve you, particularly during challenging times, and we thank you for being at the heart of what we do.
